Terms of service

Last updated: 1 September 2026

Who we are

The Reactor is operated by Saadhana Studios for the LBS ESS 2026 pilot and related founder communities. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

The service

The Reactor helps founders document a business idea, gather evidence, run surveys, and share work with mentors and programme operators. Features may change during the pilot; we will try to give reasonable notice of anything that affects your data or access.

Your account

You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not impersonate others or create accounts on behalf of someone else without permission.

Your content

You keep ownership of projects, documents, survey responses you submit as a founder, and profile material you upload. You grant Saadhana Studios and the communities you join a licence to host, display, and process that content solely to operate the product — for example showing your project to mentors in your programme or aggregating anonymised survey results for a facilitator.

Do not upload unlawful, confidential third-party material you are not allowed to share, or content that infringes someone else's rights.

Communities and roles

Access to a community is controlled by that community's admission settings and your role (founder, mentor, facilitator, and so on). Programme operators may remove access or moderate content where necessary to run the pilot safely.

Acceptable use

Do not probe or attack the platform, scrape other users' private data, spam surveys, or use the service to harass anyone. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or to protect other users.

Surveys

When you respond to a survey, your answers are stored for the survey owner (founder or programme). If you provide an email address, it may be used to send you a summary or a follow-up invitation to join The Reactor, as described at the point of collection.

Disclaimer

The Reactor is a pilot tool for learning and documentation. It does not provide investment, legal, or tax advice. Outputs (documents, traction views, survey aggregates) are not a guarantee of business viability or funding.

Availability and liability

We provide the service "as is" during the pilot. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
